Here’s the 411 on Google text messaging
We all know how cool it is to be able to turn on the computer, open up the internet, type in http://www.Google.com and search for anything the heart desires.
Most nights the desire is different types of food. Thai, Vietmanese, Mediterranean, Chinese, greasy burgers and beers…you name it.
While it is really cool to have access to Google on your computer, how many times have you been out driving and thought, “I wonder if such and such restaurant is open right now”. Or maybe you were looking for the movie times but didn’t want to pay the 411 fee from your phone company.
I want to introduce you to a super handy tid-bit of information. You (and everyone) who has text messaging on their phone has Google.com capabilities…and most don’t even know it.

What an awesome tool! another cool nugget of smarts is 1-800-GOOG-411
Instead of calling 411 to get a phone number, Google has a free service. Rumor has it they are using our phone calls to capture our voices for future software.
Ben using this for a long time…works pretty well!
